my Christmas presents~

Chun gave me a surprise early December by slotting this present to me after work on Saturday… it’s Santa Papa came early to tuck me to bed… he wanted me to sleep soundly at night…

He gave me Heartbeats by Lady Gaga headphones~

I was pretty shocked.. I did not expect this to be my present… but it was a great surprise… loving it~

Then, when Christmas Day ended, I gathered all my pressies… i only got 4 exclude the one from Chun…

Those are from my aunts, Neeku, Sanku and Saeku… the blue box from aunty Li Ching…

In the mug, there’s more small keychains from Canada.. One drop perfume and a Hello Kitty clock…

Check out the hello kitty alarm clock from Saeku.. its super mini… so cutee`~

aunty Li Ching got me a Forever Friends wristlet~

the unboxing moment of Lady Gaga Heartbeats~

It took me around 2-3 weeks to unboxed it because I wanted it to remain special till Boxing Day since it’s my Christmas present… but 2 days after receiving it, I already took a peek… because I was afraid he got scammed while buying the headset.. But it was all fine…

January 29th, 2011 >> ❤heart drinks, baby's playground, eastern, special occasions, work!, yummy yummy~

Updates on my Christmas week…

My Christmas eve celebration was quite… quiet..

Because Chun’s grandpa passed away a day before so he had to go back KL on that day… so on the Christmas eve, our company had a Christmas Luncheon at 12pm and after lunch we were allowed to knock off.

I was sad of course and also abit bored at the same time… but the luncheon in the office was pretty impressive…

Check out the pictures…

Sharp 12pm, we’re not allowed to work anymore so I helped them with the deco of the pantry area for food… They took out the previous years roadshow setup items for the deco..

When we’re free… He is Ah Qiu, he’s preparing to go back China for CNY.. with the mask…

While i was doing the reindeer for Christmas…

We had Christmas Ham, Roasted turkey, Christmas log cake, shepherd pie, roasted chicken and duck, curry, pudding and etc…

Christmas log cake~

roasted chicken and duck

some other stuffs..

After Roger, my boss finished his talking; we hit on the table for food… I personally love the ham.. but too much of it makes me sick… kinda wanna puke…

Aunty Rainie wanted the cakes, so I packed some before I left… met up with them at Bugis, V8.. they’re having lunch there…

was doing camwhoring there… coz they’re finishing their lunch…

me loving bling bling~

Then we switched to Harbourfront because I wanted to buy something Jian Tong just bought.. so we ended up in Vivocity for the whole day…

The deco in Harbourfront shopping center.. We’re playing and taking pictures just like those kids…

the 3 sisters`

From Harbourfront we walked to Pacific Coffee… then we hung around for like hours… waited for dinner and we chosen to dine in Taiwan Cuisine…

Environment was so so because it’s so noisy even we’re seated in the VIP room without the sliding door.. The only food which is nice was uncle Jian Tong’s rice…

my super tired face…

Our food…

After the so so unsatisfied dinner, we went for a walk up the deck of Vivo…. It’s so cooling and nice… we can see Sentosa lights from here…

look at the night scenery…

The same front hair~

Lastly we ended up for coffee again in Starbucks.. just to feel the Christmassy feel… especially with Starbucks…

wuu… uncle Jian Tong talking… very inspiring…

me and Rainie~

Merry Christmas~ (belated one now)

we reached home 12am sharp… celebrated Christmas on the train..

psst, I am back in Sitiawan now for CNY holiday~ enjoying…

a walk with family @ Singapore

January 26th, 2011 >> baby's playground, eastern, excursion, family, yummy yummy~

The 20th of December came pretty fast when my Sanku started to chain message us via FB…

She was pretty freaked out about Neeku coming back from Canada early last month… she was assigned to bring Neeku to visit Singapore on the 20th, while Saeku was the one who took Neeku back to Sitiawan on the 1st week of December…

All we did in the chain message was bugging everyone to be alert about their coming… So “maharaja” style… *roll eyes*.

Sanku was sweating cats and dogs, while Saeku emotionally unstable because she wasn’t able to join us, Ong was planning the entire itinerary and Hea was reading in silence… I was just interrupting their conversation whenever I feel like to… the family big hoo-hah… kecoh family…

I took half day off as planned, so after work on the 20th, I waited for their call as I was to bring them around Chinatown for a walk… they drove all the way from Seremban down to JB and stopped to meet up with Saeku for a lunch…

The delay in custom made me waited in Chinatown for… can’t remember how long, but I waited.. They came in a rush… Neeku doesn’t change at all… she look just like she used to be the last 4 or 5 years… And uncle john too… just that uncle john look abit older that’s all…

Stopped by a shop to buy some Singapore Tee for souvenirs…

they had 1 piece of $1000 and don’t know what to do with it..

And you know what, I was pretty shocked to see Matthew, Mark and Christina… they were so huge and tall… I mean, if they said they’re like only 12 years old or so… who will believe them? I personally not… I almost forgot that they’re so big now… I bought them cute Christmas present, which I think I am pretty childish… ugh…

Was supposed to bring them around for a walk before we stop for desserts but it rained… so we went to the desserts shop with 1 umbrella… it rained suddenly… no one brought any umbrellas…

happy snowice session~

this is the cute and shy shy girl, Christina

Check Matthew out… he’s having DURIAN snowice… and he is very happy with it… kept on saying it’s delicious..  I wanna faint..

yeee.. durian…

the dessert shop~

After desserts, it stopped raining so we walked down the street…

The aunt so lucky… the husband kept on helping her to take pictures… see, take picture also got style one…

uncle John, always with his “peace”

peace 1

peace 2

peace 3 – yay~

Sanku and uncle KC

Then took them to the food street for glutinous rice balls, as it’s the “Yuan Xiao Festival” is just 2 days ahead…

Kristen was so nice, she did this bookmark specially for me~

Mission accomplished… all settled… sent them home by cabs and I went home directly after that…

But the aunts forgotten to pass me stuffs they bought for me… so I met up with them the next day again after work… I joined them in Orchard when Hea took over Ong, to bring them around… we walked from Wisma to ION and then to Lucky Plaza…

looks like wanna fight edi..

Hea took us to Lucky Plaza for dinner… I asked Chun to come along as he’s working nearby…

Shanice was queuing outside when we arrived..

While waiting for our food to come, we did some fellowship~

Wilson and Matthew..

Me and Mark

Hea said, the food in Ayam Penyet Ria was recommended… So I ordered ayam penyet… it was indeed delicious and appetizing…

They even have fish, prawns, soft shell crabs and etc… I’ll let the pictures do the drooling..

their soup~

fish penyet

prawn penyet

my chicken penyet

ayam bakar

I was speechless… busy eating till I had no time to talk… the sambal chilli was really spicy~ woah, like volcano…

We ordered cendol.. and it’s too spicy till we drank all the water.. We were to order more water but the cashier said, they’re closed for the day… OMG HOT! so we finish our food and walked outside to buy some water… the Sanku who was having a bad sore-throat eating happily… ended up getting worst…

the very sweet cendol

After the dinner, we went back to ION to fetch uncle John.. He was there catching up with his long long lost friend…

Finally, I couldn’t wait for Ong to come and pass him the cute baby tee I bought for Wesley… so me and Chun went back before Ong came… took a few pics with the family before we left..

This tee is too cute to resist~ Imagining Wesley wearing this.. super chubby cute~

Promised Neeku, I will come to visit her soon… wondering when…Neeku and family flew back to Canada early Jan.. huhu.. missing them… wish they could stay for CNY… but the kids starting schooling soon.. sigh….
